Current HARCoR Level
25 OCT 2022 - The HARCoR level is being raised to Level 3 - Incident Likely due to the ongoing situation between Russia and Ukraine and the threat of nuclear escalation. The US has moved the 101st Airborne Division within 3 miles of the border of Ukraine and are preparing to cross the border. They have stated that this is NOT a training exercise and "they should be prepared for war". We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will update the level accordingly.
4 OCT 2022 - The HARCoR level is remaining at Level 4 - Incident Possible due to the ongoing situation between Russia and Ukraine and the threat of nuclear escalation. There have been no overt acts of violence outside the war zone so we do not feel that raising the level is justified at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will update the level accordingly.
14 SEP 2022 - The HARCoR level is being lowered back to Level 4 - Incident Possible due to the lowered risk of violence in Hawaii and the lowering of tensions. We are monitoring the rail-strike situation which may cause the HARCoR level to go back up if widespread shipping disruptions occur as a result. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will update the level accordingly.
02 JUL 2022 - The HARCoR level is being lowered back to Level 3 - Incident Likely due to the lowered risk of violence in Hawaii over the recent SCOTUS decisions. Although violent attacks are continuing on the mainland we have not seen evidence of violence or threats in Hawaii, however there have still been numerous incidents and threats of terrorism and violence on the mainland which may still affect us here in Hawaii. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will update the level accordingly.
14 JUN 2022 - The HARCoR level is being raised to Level 2 - Incident IMMINENT due to the recent attempted assassination of a sitting Supreme Court Justice as well as credible threats of retaliation labeled as "Jane's Revenge"over the expected SCOTUS decision on the case regarding Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization which is expected to be released shortly. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will update the level accordingly.
12 JUN 2022 - The HARCoR level will remain at Level 3 - Incident Likely due to ongoing hostilities between Ukraine & Russia, the threats of nuclear weapon strikes on Western allies from Russia as well as growing tensions here within the US due to rising fuel and food prices and the fear of food shortages coming soon. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will update the level accordingly.
29 MAR 2022 - The HARCoR level is being set at Level 3 - Incident Likely due to ongoing hostilities between Ukraine & Russia and the threats of nuclear weapon strikes on Western allies from Russia. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update the level accordingly.
